Vanessa Hudgens nude photos surface: Actress caught in another scandal with friend Alexa Nikolas

While Vanessa Hudgens made it through 2010 without a nude photo scandal, it looks like the same won't be true of 2011.

A number of X-rated photos purported to be the former "High School Musical" star circulated online Monday, following similar incidents in 2007 and 2009.

The latest batch, posted on sites like MediaTakeOut.com and Egotastic.com, allegedly show the 22-year-old kissing another woman and posing naked.

In one particularly raunchy pic, the brunette featured is laying down with her legs spread and her hand reaching toward her crotch.

The photos were leaked along with naked pictures allegedly of 18-year-old actress Alexa Nikolas, best known for her role on the now-defunct Nickelodeon series "Zoey 101," which starred Jamie Lynn Spears.

Nikolas, who appears alongside Miley Cyrus is the upcoming movie "LOL," is reportedly the girl kissing Hudgens in one of the photos.

Aside from both being former child stars, Hudgens featured Nikolas in the 2006 video for her song, "Come Back to Me."

Hudgens, who appears in a pink bikini on the cover of the April issue of Shape, issued an apology to her fans after her first set of naked pictures leaked online in 2007, saying she was "embarrassed over the situation" and regrets "having ever taken these photos."

At the time, Disney – calling the pics "a lapse in judgment" – backed the starlet and dismissed rumors she would be fired from the "High School Musical" series.

Though the kiddie network said it hoped Hudgens "learned a valuable lesson," that didn't seem apparent when more pictures hit the Web in 2009.

According to TMZ.com, these latest pics are few years old.

After the first two scandals, the actress opened up about the fallout in the October 2009 issue of Allure, admitting the controversies affected her film career.

"Whenever anybody asks me, would I do nudity in a film, if I say that it's something I'm not comfortable with, they're like, 'Bulls--t, you've already done it,'" she told the magazine.

"If anything, it makes it more embarrassing, because that was a private thing. It's screwed up that someone screwed me over like that," she said. "At least some people are learning from my mistakes."

Just don't count Nikolas as one of them.

Vanessa Hudgens nude photo scandal: Actress 'deeply upset and angered' over leaked naked pictures

Vanessa Hudgens said she was "embarrassed" when her full-frontal nude photos appeared online in 2007 and 2009.

But now that it's happened again, she's downright mad.

"Vanessa is deeply upset and angered that these old photos, which were taken years ago, continue to resurface," Hudgens' lawyer, Christopher Wong, said in a statement to the Daily News.

"It is particularly disturbing that whoever got hold of these private photos seems to be intent on illegally leaking them out over a long period of time," her attorney continued. "We are actively working with law enforcement to determine who is responsible and hold them accountable for their actions."

Several previously unseen X-rated photos of Hudgens, 22, began circulating online Monday.

In one of the tamer pictures, Hudgens is reportedly kissing her friend, 18-year-old actress Alexa Nikolas.

The alleged leak coincides with the release of two films starring the former Disney star – "Beastly," which hit theaters on March 4, and "Sucker Punch," which opens March 25.

Hudgens also took legal action in 2009, with her lawyers investigating how the pictures made their way onto the Internet and demanding websites remove them.

The actress, who flaunts her fit body in a bikini on the cover of Shape's April issue, told Allure in 2009 – after the second leak – that the pictures were meant to be a "private thing."

"It's screwed up that someone screwed me over like that," she told the magazine.

While Hudgens no longer has former boyfriend Zac Efron, 23, to comfort her, she didn't seem too distraught Tuesday when photographers caught her on the back of 18-year-old Josh Hutcherson's motorcycle.

The "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island" co-stars, rumored to be dating, were all smiles as they arrived at Hudgens' home in Studio City, Calif.

Perhaps Hutcherson viewed the pics – and liked what he saw.

Vanessa Hudgens -- More Nude Photos Surface

A second round of naked photos featuring Vanessa Hudgens have surfaced on various websites this morning -- and these photos are WAY more graphic than the other ones.


Sources connected to Vanessa tell TMZ the photos were taken from the same batch that were released several years ago featuring the actress ... fully nude. 

As TMZ previously reported, Vanessa sued the owners of a website back in 2009 for posting the first round of nude pics. The lawsuit stated that the photos were obtained by "unknown methods" and posted without Hudgens' "knowledge or consent."

Sources tell us ... Vanessa believes whoever is doing this "has it out for her" because the release of these photos in dribs and drabs coincides with her movie releases.

Vanessa's new movie "Sucker Punch" is coming out later this month.

As for taking the pics in the first place, one well informed source tells TMZ, "Trust me ... Vanessa has learned her lesson."

Vanessa Hudgens is angry over the latest release of nude photos on the Internet, and now cops are involved ... TMZ has learned.


Hudgen's lawyer, Christopher Wong, tells TMZ, "Vanessa is deeply upset and angered that these old photos, which were taken years ago, continue to resurface.  It is particularly disturbing that whoever got a hold of these private photos seems to be intent on illegally leaking them out over a long period of time."

Wong goes on: "We are actively working with law enforcement to determine who is responsible and to hold them accountable for their actions."

Vanessa Hudgens not the only star whose nude photos were hacked ?

HollywoodNews.com: Vanessa Hudgens has been dealing with some nude photos that were stolen when her private accounts were hacked, but it seems she may not be the only person who is a victim of this hacker.
Law enforcement reportedly believes that one person is in charge of a hacking ring that has targeted a number of celebrities, not all involving nude photos, states TMZ.
It is believed that 50 celebrities may have been hacked with it all tracing back to one person. It is also rumored that Scarlett Johansson may be one of the other victims.
And while the person is reportedly trying to sell the photos, it is believed that they love to do it for the thrill of hacking.

Alien Invasion , rated: 8/10
I would like to say that this movie lives up to you're expectations if you are expecting the right things. This is an alien invasion movie so you must remember that throughout the movie. It is similar to Skyline but better and on that note Skyline was not a bad movie. When I go to see a movie like this I expect big booms and big aliens and that is what you get from this movie. I rate it an 8 out of 10 for alien invasion style movies. They all cant be Independence Day! The story line is a little tired but what else is there really to talk about in a story like this. From the military aspect of it they show some nice weaponry which is always a plus. The aliens are pretty well done too. The film is a little jerky but who wants to watch still frames the whole time, you may as well watch a slide show if thats what you want. Well done!

I mean... wow.

Last night my wife and I had the pleasure of checking out an early screening of Rango here in the twin cities. It was a blast! This movie was a great deal of fun. The jokes all hit the right marks, the story was solid, sweet and not too formulaic, and the visuals were outstanding.

There were times that this movie looked 100 percent photo real. outstanding job modeling and texturing and lighting on this. the little tiny attention to detail in the world you guys built had my wife and I in awe throughout most the movie. The animation was fun and eccentric. Over the top but at times subtle and felt meaningful. The only little nit pick was the mouths on some of the characters. in the attempt to make the animals look more like the animals they were representing the mouths were quite small and at times the sync was a bit odd. Though it provided for some goofy looking characters that were fun.

at just over an hour and a half, at times it felt it was a little too slow paced. well, that was my wife's critique. I looked at it more so that they were going for the slower feel of some classic westerns. I thought the long stretches of little dialog, epic music and visuals, and great cinematography worked in the films favor.

The crowd dug it too. I think the youngest person in the theater was about 6 (which i found odd for a late night screening, but whatever) and the oldest was probably in their 70's and everyone was engaged.

I was kind of surprised what they could get away with in a PG rated movie. Im no prude or anything, but there were enough adult jokes snuck in there to give me the giggle fits. Couple of lite swear words, references to more... ehem, adult type themes, but overall pretty tame and enjoyable.

Hats off. If this doesn't win awards I don't know what I believe in anymore. This is one of the more entertaining movies I have seen in a long time.

Refreshing and Intriguing , rated: 10/10
I was invited today to see an Advance Screening of this movie by a a friend and was excited to find out it was this movie. I had seen the preview during the commercial break from one of my TV shows that I follow and it seemed promising.

In a movie world today where everything released just seems to be sequel after sequel and remake after remake, I found this movie original and thought provoking. With a combination of elements that included thriller and science fiction themes, and then adding in a spiritual and romance side of things as well, this movie had it all.

I thought Matt Damon was excellent in his role and I was captivated for the whole movie in its concept it was drawing onto between fate and free will.

It is my hope many people will show up to see this movie. I loved it and know that I will definitely buy it when it's released on DVD in the future.

Oh and the theater I saw it in had a couple of hundred people watching it and they erupted into applause at the end. How often does that happen these days at the end of movies? Hopefully that tells you how great this movie was!

General praise for the movie, I mean if I voted it 10/10, then I can't very well be dissing it can I? , rated: 10/10
A modern take on the classic story "Beauty and the Beast", that captures present day life while enriching it with the magic and mystery of the past. A movie that reminds us of the Disney classic with which we grew up and allows the child within us to surface, even if he only does so for the next hour or so. However, at the end, this inner child is not forgotten, but simply sits back down and allows the adult to once again take up the reins. But, as all children he will not sit there quietly, but will remind us incessantly at times, that we are all Belles, or Lindy's and that true love will find us eventually, no matter how much we shy away from it, in the most unlikely of places. And for those audience members who have slightly more testosterone in their bodies, it gives the opportunity to embrace the beauty in the most unlikely guises. Beautiful and heartwarming, it's a movie which turns the word "fairytale" on it's head and is definitely worth a great deal more than the 12.50 that I paid to see it.

Victoria Beckham has hit the headlines again after artist Daphne Guinness reportedly labelled her an "ugly pig".

Victoria Beckham, the former 'Spice Girl' turned fashion-designer, was reportedly called "an ugly pig" as well as "miserable and awful" by the British artist Daphne Guinness. An article in the UK's Sunday Times Magazine had quoted Guinness making the comments about Beckham, but the 43-year-old claims she was 'stitched up' by a journalist.
