The now-infamous actor Charlie Sheen is not only taking over the airwaves-- but the internet as well. He's officially started to Tweet, as an "unemployed winner."
The 45-year-old actor, who's facing a very public battle with CBS over his now-benched role on "Two and a Half Men," sent out his first tweet Tuesday afternoon, stating simply: Winning..! Choose your Vice...
The Tweet also had a twitpic picture attached, featuring himself and one of his "goddesses" holding some juice and milk. (yes, that was as odd to type as it was to read.)
Sheen has quickly begun attracting twitter followers, which were increasing by the thousands per minute as of the time of this publication. (When we started writing this article, he had 166,000-- and when we published a half an hour later, there were 218,670, and counting...)
And for his bio? Well, according to his Twitter account, he's an "unemployed winner..."
Beginning Monday, the actor has appeared in numerous interviews, with the likes of TMZ, Good Morning America and the CNN program Piers Morgan Tonight.
Some of Sheen's best one-liners so far:
* On Good Morning America: "I am on a drug. It's called 'Charlie Sheen.' It's not available because if you try it once, you will die. Your face will melt off, and your children will weep over your exploded body."
*
In radio interview with Alex Jones: "I'm an F-18, bro, and I will destroy you in the air and I will deploy my ordinance to the ground."
*
To ABC News: "People say it's lonely at the top, but I sure like the view."
*
To ABC News: "I have one speed. I have one gear. Go!"
*
On Piers Morgan Tonight: "...rehab is ruled by losers".
CBS announced Thursday that it had suspended production of "Two and a Half Men'' for the remainder of the television season, citing Sheen's "statements, conduct and condition.'' The show was placed on hiatus in late January when Sheen entered rehab after a marathon party that landed the actor in a hospital.
