Oscars Nominations for 2011 Inspire Wolfgang Puck

The 2011 Oscars Nominations have inspired celebrity chef, Wolfgang Puck to create an exquisite menu for the Oscar dinner which will follow the show. A lot of stars are sure to be wiggling in their seats in anticipation! Who cares who wins! Lets get down to the grub.
Wolfgang Puck has earned his reputation as a top chef during the 17 years he has spent planning and cooking the Oscars meal. Puck, along with his staff of 250 chefs began preparations for the 1,600 diners a month ago. Well this sounds like it will be a well planned out feast!
An article at Third Age says the menu will feature entrĂ©es inspired by The King’s Speechand Black Swan, which have Oscars Nominations at the event.
We make something different every year. This year my tribute to 'The King's Speech' is the entree of pan-roasted Dover Sole with fennel, olives, haricots verts, tomatoes, lemon, sherry, and olive oil," Puck said.
Additionally, Puck and his staff will be serving 'Black Swan paella' in honor of the ballet thriller starring Natalie Portman. The dish includes saffron, white wine, chile, and parsley, and according to puck, should be "easy for Natalie Portman to eat since she is vegetarian." How thoughtful of Wolfgang Puck to consider vegetarian entrĂ©es for his Oscars Menu!
A lot of people will be hosting their own Oscars parties, and perhaps Wolfgang Puck can inspire their menu for the evening as well! What do you think of the two inspired dishes being served up at the dinner following the Oscars?  Which Oscars Nominations are you hoping will take home the awards tonight?
